Video Shooting and Production Service for the project of
Design Licensing And Business Support Scheme (DLAB)
Background
With support of CreateHK, Innovative Entrepreneur Association (IEA) will launch the first Design Licensing And Business (DLAB) Support Scheme, to help young character designer and owners of young IPs to promote their IPs and grow their businesses with mentoring, training, business matching, and exhibition promotion.

- 3. Vetting interview
Date: 18 Oct 2019 (TBC)

IEA would like to request for the video shooting and production service for the following videos:
- Project Branding Video
Quantity: 1
Duration: Around 30 sec
Key Content:
l carry the animated event name and logo with project website URL, and key messages of the project
à Expected date for final version: Mid-Sep 2018
- Promotion Video
Quantity: 2
Duration: Around 30 sec-1min for each
Key Content:
l 1st video: emphasize the benefits of joining the scheme, such as mentoring, exhibition, training etc. to potential project participants
à Expected date for final version: Early/Mid-Sep 2018
l 2nd video: introducing the 40 participated exhibitors by showing the key information of their IP to promote visitors to the exhibition
à Expected date for final version: Nov 2018
- Event Highlight Video
Quantity: 1
Duration: Around 3-5mins
Key Content:
l document the main deliverables of the whole project, covering all the key events and highlights of the project, and industry expert endorsement etc.
l include some footage of the comment from participants to enhance the video
Expected date for final version: early-Dec 2018
- Completion Video
Duration: Around 5-7mins
Key Content:
l Extension of the Event Highlight Video
l Adding the footage of Opening Ceremony of Project Pavilion and the overall Project Pavilion
Expected date for final version: Jan 2019
Detail Tasks Required
(i) Provide video shooting during the mentioned three key events (within 3 hours/session)
(ii) Deliver footage for each activity
(iii) Edit the video, the above-mentioned event footages, photos and related promotional materials provided by our participating companies into the event highlight video. Designed program logo will be provided by IEA.
(iv) Chinese subtitles are needed
(v) Deliver softcopy with specification below for publicity on website
File Format: flv and wmv
Frame size: 16:9 HD
Frame rate: no less than 25 fps
Submission of Quotation
- Please quote directly to “Innovative Entrepreneur Association Company Limited” (IEA)
- Interested company is required to provide the following in its proposal to facilitate the evaluation:
A description of the company profile and its experience in providing similar services in the area of exhibition, awards and competitions
